Friday: Fanart and a Fic Artist: Reapersun (aka Perfect Human Being) Fic/Author: Let Me Kiss You (So Soft And So Sweet) by out_there Rating: PG Genre: Romance Word count: 8,702 Summary: The first time Sherlock kisses him, John keeps his eyes open, and so does Sherlock, and mostly, he wonders what Sherlock could possibly be up to. There’ll be some logic to this. Some ridiculous experiment about body warmth or respiratory rates or testing a new way of picking pockets. Sherlock does the unimaginable for bizarre reasons, but behind it, there’s always logic and curiosity. Sometimes, it just takes him a while to explain it to John. Why read it: Wow, just wow. This is a GPO-me while reading this fic: My highest compliment for any fic is to say it’s “in character.” Let me just say, this fic reads like it was written by either Gatiss or the Moff himself. It is the perfect balance of humor, (b)romance, and seriousness, just as you would find when watching the series.  I only say this for a select few fic, so know that I’m serious: Read it. Just read it.
